The overall food was alright, the crew brought in the food in a timely matter. The reason why this is rated a just an "A-Ok," was that a particular supervisor rubbed me the wrong way. I couldn't see her name tag, but she was rather large and loud. My family can hear her yelling at the other employees from the kitchen all the way to the dining room in the back. When my name was called up for my order she was still yelling at a poor pretty counter girl by the fryers, for whatever reason she did, the girl did not deserved to be yelled at the way the supervisor did. The line was long, and the supervisor took a great time degrading the girl in front of many other customers who were waiting for their orders to be taken.

It was completely unprofessional, the girl should of been taken to the side and talked to her in a hush matter, no one else needs to know her business. Kudos to the pretty girl who stood strong and continued to smile after that ordeal. She immediately took orders, was polite, and friendly.

Those doing the counter are wonderful, had good service. The cooks delivered the food efficiently and the food are delicious. It's just that one supervisor lady that did not fit into the picture well, she seem to have a great deal of attitude, even to customers.
