I live in Central London and was looking to get my eyebrows threaded. I decided to give Rozi's a shot after reading other yelp reviews.
My personal take on Rozi's = it's OK. I had my eyebrows/upper lip threaded by a woman who wasn't Rozi (that narrows things down considerably, I know). I was pleased with the shape, but she broke the thread against my eyebrows several times and the so called "massage" I was looking forward to lasted about 3 seconds. The procedure also hurt; tears were shed.
I will probably be back, because I was pleased with the end result and because I'm a poor college student who appreciates only having to pay 7.50 pounds for both eyebrow/upper lip threading.
Tip: Go in expecting an inexpensive but decent threading experience and you'll come out satisfied.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ananda K.Alexandria, United States1436 Nov 2015
Do not whatsoever get a wax here. Honestly I could do a better job myself. I'm not sure if the woman who gave me a wax did it to herself a couple times and decided that she could call herself a professional. This wax wasn't even worth £10 let alone £25. I guess that's what I get for going to a dodgy and cheap salon for a wax. Next time I'm going to a professional I'm sure it'll be worth the £75.

I've been coming here for several years for eyebrow threading. It's convenient to drop by without an appointment, even if I have to wait a few minutes (as there is usually a queue). I chose this salon as it is local and I knew they wouldn't charge West End prices for something simple like threading.
Service is friendly enough and I've not had any issues with threading or the way it is carried out. I always go to local salons for this treatment, as opposed to glitzy salons with bells and whistles ( and prices to match). From reading the reviews, I suggest, if you are visiting or new and from the United States, don't go to this salon. Find a glitzy West End salon with bells and whistles where they will massage your ego as well as your wallet. Cannot believe the rude complaints from entitled princesses. I feel sorry for the low paid beauticians that have to deal with your gnarly feet and gnarly attitudes. Basic salon, but amazing threading! I walked in off the street & got an appointment straight away. The therapist was brilliant at the eyebrow threading I've had it done before in Debenhams / Superdrug / House of Fraser etc and although it's been fine, it has hurt!
This time, I barely felt a thing. Finished off with cooling lotion and a GREAT face massage! Bonus :)
All this for the absolute bargain price of £5.
Highly recommended, I will not be going anywhere else for eyebrow threading from now on!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Anon A.Ridgefield Park, United States029728 Jan 2017
ive had a terrible experience everytime i have gone. Even if you make an appointment, she takes others before you. Even if you come in before others, she takes someone before you - just avoid altogether. creditcard terminal doesnt work and she claims to take credit cards, so youre just stuck there awkwardly.....

I live in central london and have been looking for a good place to have my eyebrows threaded for ages. I have been going off to Upton Park and Tooting Broadway where there are some great places but if you're looking for good threading services in central london that isn't located in a department store (who will charge you in the region of £15), Rozi's is great! I am very fussy about eyebrow threading and I got a great service and am very happy with the result.
The salon is just off Euston Rd on Chalton St just past the British Library. The salon itself is ok, nothing fancy or luxurious but clean, tidy and modern. I could see good quality professional products around the salon and the lady who did my eyebrows listened to what I wanted, was thorough and attentive. For £5 a real bargain! I would highly recommend this place.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Janelle C.Valencia, United States187 Nov 2015
very good place. moved to London and needed a new and inexpensive place to get my eyebrows threaded. their only fault is that they seem very understaffed at times. I came in at 12:00 on a Saturday and there was only one lady working. overall very good experience and would definitely come again!
