Lady in the front office also did the ultrasound. She was very sweet and gentle. Room is really big with two screens ( one big and small). Can fit a lot of people in there.

We went in for a 4D HD scan of baby at 27 weeks. The gender was already known so we strictly went just to get a "real" look at our lil guy. And boy oh boy what an experience we had. Let me start off by saying we did NOT get the best pics of baby... not at all. Buttttt babies goin' baby, ya know? Our tech was super helpful and gave us some advice to try to get baby to switch positions but he was dead asleep and if he sleeps like me, ain't nothing waking that kid up. We did end up with maybe 5-6 photos that we thought looked somewhat like a baby (at least we hope) but ultimately, knowing what I know now, I should have adjusted my expectations before going... Rookie mistake on my part!

The imaging capacity is incredible, but if baby isn't facing the right way, it's just not going to be the experience you may have hoped for. So just know, the majority of the outcome depends on baby's positioning. With hindsight being 20/20 and all that, I would have scheduled my appointment when baby is typically most active. So keep that in mind when planning your visit! Also, I had some OJ before as is recommended but I didn't start drinking it until maybe five minutes before which is pretty pointless. So schedule during baby's wake hours and give yourself about 30 minutes for that OJ to take effect, if you choose OJ at all.

It was just me and my fiancé so we felt literally swallowed by the room (it's massive) but with all the space and seating, it really does seem like a cool & unique way to involve a group of people in your ultrasound/gender reveal experience. We didn't get the results we wanted but ultimately is just came down to baby not wanting to move. And honestly we were cracking up with our tech trying to get baby to cooperate. So while the outcome wasn't what we had hoped for, we still had an awesome time! I would, and will continue to, recommend this spot for expectant mamas to be.

We had the most amazing experience here! Our tech was so caring. She took so much time to get the best pictures possible. When I called to book the appointment I told her I would be coming in as the intended mother with my surrogate and she made sure to put my name on the ultrasound pictures so I could have that magical experience. We had such a great experience we came back after 36 weeks and she was still able to get amazing pictures. She took so much time with us and made us feel so special I would definitely come back and recommend!!

This place is wonderful! I have to say Nioni is a one of a kind tech who's got fantastic bedside manner, is kind, genuine, and will answer all your questions to the best of her ability! She always makes the experience so enjoyable and I come back I'm always sure to request her! She definitely takes her time to make sure you don't feel like anything is overlooked either! She has done ultrasounds for both of our daughters and images are always fantastic!

I paid for a 4d/hd ultrasound. The first time, I went in on a Saturday evening and baby had his hands in his face so they rescheduled me. They told us they had no availability the following weekend and we were told it had to be within a week so we reschedule for a similar time slot the following Friday. Meanwhile, I receive a text promo on Monday that they were running a special the following weekend for ultrasounds so it seems disingenuous at best that they had no availability that weekend.

We went in for the reschedule and baby was in an even worse position for pictures. The tech tells me we should probably try a different time slot instead of the evening but that we'd have to pay to come back. I'm disappointed that no one told us that or gave us the opportunity to come back at a different time (morning instead of evening) for our reschedule. I'm also disappointed because the pictures she printed for us were not the HD pictures I paid $140 plus tip for and that she used the rescheduled pictures, which were more unclear than the original ones we came for.

I'm extremely disappointed in our first experience with 4D ultrasounds for our first child and will not be returning or recommending.

About 7 weeks ago (13 weeks pregnant), we went to for an early gender determination and they were positive it was a baby girl. It was a very smooth transaction. Neoni definitely made me feel comfortable. A week after that, I had Doctor's appointment and she said that it appears to be a baby girl (I was 14 weeks pregnant). However, few days ago I went to my OB for my 20 week ultrasound and I was surprised it was a BABY BOY!! It shocked me because Neoni and My OB was confident it appeared to be a baby girl. I called their office today to see what they can do about it so when they finally saw it was a baby boy they offered us either a refund or get the HD package and we settled for the package. I wouldn't say their prediction was wrong, I just think the DNA test by blood would be more accurate especially at first trimester. Overall, I would go here again and highly recommend their business.

I have been here more times than I can remember with this pregnancy and today Niani gave this anxious mama some much needed reassurance. I couldn't wait until my 20 week anatomy scan at the doctor and I just needed to know that my rainbow baby was okay. She took her time with us and didn't make me feel crazy for coming to see her AGAIN. I am so grateful for miracle in progress and this amazing staff. Come here for your ultrasound, you won't be disappointed.

I called last minute, and Noni was a fantastic tech! Got us in so quickly and made sure to not to reveal the gender as requested! Although this is baby number 9, she made us feel like it was the first one all over again! We will continue to check on our baby and potential futures (haha) at Miracle in Progress! Thanks, Nioni!!
