      My experience with the company was the absolute worst and I do not recommend it to anyone.

      1. Ordered the watch just to be delivered 5 weeks later, with no email or phone call to keep me updated, zero interest for the customer. I had to call them twice just to get the same formal "you have to wait" answer and nothing else. I had to email Longines to see if I was being conned or if there was a delay indeed from the manufacturer. Longines customer service answered quickly and confirmed the delay.

      2. I have asked Jura for the watch to be supplied with a longer leather strap band, got the email confirmation it will happen but guess what, the watch arrived with the standard one so I can barely close it around my wrist.
      Had to contact Longines again about this and apparently is Jura fault again as they should have ordered the XL strap to replace the standard one (that will be returned back to Longines) when they promised to do it after i requested it, as according to Longines they know the procedure on how its done.

      3. The watch was delivered with Royal Mail Special Delivery instead of a more reliable service considering the value of the package and guess what again, the mailman left it on the floor in the building reception where the door is always semi-opened (broken) and put his own confirmation signature on the system. Luckily no one took it from there where my wife found it.

      Buying a £3K beautiful watch was supposed to be a joyous moment but instead, the whole experience was resentful thanks to Jura Watches.

      I'm still waiting for a refund on an order first placed nearly 3 years ago. I've been forced to raise legal proceedings because they've lied and lied about having processed my refund which they clearly knew they hadn't done and they obviously had no intention of sorting the situation (despite their promises and assurances).

      Avoid them at all costs!

      I would give minus stars if I could. This is the worst service I have ever received and I am still being given excuses regarding a request for a refund. I made a purchase on Nov 1st for a nearly $1000 watch which the company did not have in stock, I was charged for the watch while they tried to source it even though I told them it was now out fo stock from the manufacturer. They gave me excuse after excuse as I followed up for a month. Then they told me the package was lost from the manufacturer and didn't offer a resolution so I asked for a refund. I was told it would take 7-10 days to get the refund which I challenged, they then said it would be 5-7 days. It has now been 7 days and still no refund, this company is an absolute joke and the customer service is horrendous. Stay far away from ordering luxury items with this company. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company as I have no faith I am actually going to get a refund from them, atbthis point I don't think they are a reputable company.

      This is in progress so may change: Ordered something on their site. Turns out, after contacting the manufacturer they are not able to get it. The nicely offered me a discount on something else but I only wanted that specific item. They promised a refund (which I had to ask for twice and still don't have) but when I contacted other retailers they responded that they confirmed that they can get the product. Granted the product is not in production anymore - it's probably new old stock, but they could have avoided the refund.

      I am reserving judgement on this one - I know about retail systems and know that refunds can be processed quickly but if they tend to take longer that's not necessarily terrible. Not sure why they are not able to get the product when I double-confirmed with another dealer who assures me he can get it. Jura is much larger/higher volume dealer than this other one.

      Asked for a quote on my Hublot Classic Fusion 542.NX.1171.LR online.

      Was asked for more photos, I sent 3 very high resolution showing the front, back and strap (4032 x 3024 pixels)

      Received a quote back:
      "I have now received information back from our watch experts and we will be able to offer you in the region of £4,400 to £4,800 as a trade in against a new watch from our website or £4000 to £4,400 cash purchase (subject to the condition, subject to seeing it, subject to the watch working, and all the information being as described)"

      Great, I thought - and then asked a few more questions about how I can maximise the cash value to £4400 rather than £4000, and then booked an appointment to go in.

      The location in Ashbourne is not easy to find, spent a lot of time walking around and phoning them until someone in their office came and met us.

      They then proceeded to carry out a valuation on the watch and insisted that the face casing and strap needed replacing. OK - for a watch that is 9 months old and has been worn maybe a handful of times, I doubt that - but I thought maybe it's negotiation tactics.

      Then the guy comes back with his laptop and shows me one of their competitor websites selling the same watch (with no documentation or receipts) at £3950. Therefore the maximum he can offer me is £3250.

      Sorry, did you not think to check that BEFORE I made the 150 mile round trip to your office?
      Not even worth negotiating, how they can knock off £750-£1150 - approx 25% - is beyond me.

      Needless to say, I walked out.

      Would not recommend or use them again

      Jura have displayed dogged determination in resolving a recurring issue that I have had with a Ball watch. Over the last few months, their customer service team have remained as tenacious as an aggrieved Bull Terrier. With spirit like this, you know that your purchase will be safe.

      I have had to chase this company four times over a five and half week period regarding a refund. Each time i was met with a different excuse!.

      They made ordering very easy, but upon canceling an order I have been left waiting for a refund and have had no responses to 3 emails over a 2 week span. Still waiting...
