Oh Juice It Up!, how have you survived in such a place? This lot seems to be cursed, other than the Starbucks on the corner, probably due to the hideous parking lot and entrance/exit right on Newport Blvd.

I've actually been impressed with the service level here- I asked for some recommendations, and was helped with a smile, which is something I feel should be natural, but is often neglected. I don't do smoothies much, but this is now my spot if I need something on the way to work.
