Excellent pizza! My brother and I had lunch here. We each ordered a pizza and I had a glass of wine as well. It's a casual place and seemed to draw a young crowd but it wasn't terribly busy on a weekday. Both our pizzas were very good.

We were invited to I Due Forni for our friends birthday in the end of the April. Next to burgers, pizza is our second favourite so we were happy to give it a try, but a bit unsure if we can get our pizzas as vegan. This was due to the fact that the servers were speaking mostly in Italian and mine was unfortunately a bit rusty!
With a help of our friend we got the orders in, and we had a little moment to look around. We were sitting outside, as there were no spaces left outside in the bustling patio. Indoors there are also lots of seating places, at that moment most were empty, but as said before, positioned quite close. So getting some privacy may be a bit challenging.
Pizzas arrived quite fast considering the busyness of the whole place, mine came with cheese and I had to wait a bit before I could dig in.
But shortly after my vegan pizza arrived and I was ready to munch it down! Boy, it was GOOD! Especially loved their hot oil, this made the pizza just over the top. The size is perfect, as with the soda I was able to squeeze it in. People with a less appetite most likely want to share such pizza with somebody.
Btw, that evening we all had to pay in cash, not sure if this is the deal every day, but just keep that in mind.
Overall experience great, as food was good, service is so-so, as said before.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Max F.Godków, Poland21424119 Jul 2017
Recently been here for some al fresco dining. It was quite full and a bit messy, with regards to the fairly simple menu that showed some signs of use. I ordered pizza which this place has specialised in, and it arrived after a medium amount of time.
Value for money wise it was a bit disappointing. It was a pretty average capricciosa pizza for €7.70, slightly past its prime of doneness, and they didn't accept cards either (you certainly know what that means). Service was ok if a bit plain.
It's certainly an acceptable choice if you're dragged into the place by colleagues (as in this case) but it's not necessarily a place I would come on my own again. There are much better places around.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - John M.Baton Rouge, United States22342814 May 2015
Great spot for authentic Italian pizza. Very cheap with great beer/wine. There was a huge line at the door but it was well worth the wait. Great variety of cheap pizzas and alcohol. I'd recommend the wine since it's a nice serving size for the price and great tasting.
You really can't go wrong with any pizza you choose. The waiters can help out with English as well since the menu is in Italian and German. Enjoy!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Marc D.Berlin, Germany38110 Feb 2020
Great pizzas! Fairly priced. Very big, enough room for bigger groups but you'll hAve to book.

Some of the best pizza I have ever eaten. Simple, perfect balance of ingredients, excellent crust, sigh...
The restaurant is warm, casual, and buzzing with energy. Shouts of Italian and German can be heard over the chatter from tables of large groups and families.
Service was good, and it was busy, so things weren't delivered promptly, but at least items were correct upon delivery. The pizzas are wonderful whether selected from the list of recommended combinations, or made to fit your liking with toppings. Affordable and overall an awesome experience!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 7 Dec 2012
This was the best pizza I've had outside of Italy - the same full-plate-size, thin-crust we loved in Rome.
The value is terrific, but the service is a little slow (you might have to flag somebody down for more drinks or food), and the noise level is pretty hight. Well worth the trip - and the search (it's set back from the street, and not clearly marked for first-timers)Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Nikita H.København, Denmark947922828 Nov 2013
FIRST OF ALL! I want to say that, in relation to many of the other reviews here. NO, I Due Forni is not the place to go if you want a waiter/waitress standing behind you at all times or if you want them to lick your *** just because you are a guest there.
The reason to go here is because it's the best pizzas I've EVER had. And I mean it! It's like Italy in Berlin. The waiters/waitresses are actually really nice if you show some interest, though. I've never felt that they were annoyed or didn't pay attention to us - ever.
Nevertheless, the pizzas are the stars!
They also have italian beer, great red wine and lemon soda to die for served in cute tiny bottles! You can see how they are making the pizzas in the open kitchen which has a huge wood-fired oven.
Another plus is that you get your food extremely fast.
In the summer time it is the best to sit outside, enjoy a lemon soda and eat a GREAT pizza. Maybe followed by one of the lovely desserts that you can see on their ''daily specials'' board.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Grace Y.München, Germany814420610 Dec 2015
A good place for authentic Italian pizza. The portion is quite large for a single person. I could have probably shared mine. The resturant has high ceiling and decorated with lots of graffti and I think they are going for a berlin-punk-street-art style. not sure if they were entirely successful. May be a bit forced. The acoustic of the interior is also not the best. It gets loud really fast. Nevertheless the food is good and the place is quite large as to able to accommodate large parties.

The pizza is great, just like at all their restaurants, BUT DO NOT ORDER A SALAD.
The salad we had was the biggest rip off in my life, no exaggeration. Rucola salad for 7 euros, it was literally a big bowl of rucola and a smaller bowl of tomatoes (still cold from being in the fridge). No dressing, no parmesan, no nothing. This was not a salad it was just 'ingredients'... you could have gone next door to Rewe and bought the same things for 1.50e.
Very sad.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
