This place was awesome!! Sat outside and there was a DJ playing and such great ambience.... The food was fantastic... It was Indian food but with a different twist that was great.... The drinks, albeit very creative, were definitely lacking in terms of alcohol and content... I had the Saag Paneer and it was outstanding. My wife has the lamb, which was tender and delicious... I had the date pancakes for desert, which were super yummy... The place is a bit pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for... Highly recommended!!!

I have visited CK twice for lunch. Loved the menu and the fusion dishes. Each one flavorful and worth licking your plate with the naan bread. From the prawns to the chicken masala, everything was done right. My colleagues enjoyed the experience as well.

Was directed to CK by a local co worker. I'll be u honest she really talked it up but although the meal was really good I didn't walk out thinking I'd had anything too special. I had heard so much about Indian food in London so maybe my expectations were just way too high.
We had the lamb and chicken entrées a couple of the sides and it's the mixed bread.
As I said all were great so I don't want to come off as thinking that the food wasn't delicious it just wasn't an out of body experience.
Sorry I wasn't in a position to take pictures as I was out with a work colleague.
The service was like a good Ref and didn't play a part in the dinner.
In the what I come here again category I'll rack it up to I'll go somewhere else try other Indian foods first but I wouldn't tell anybody not to go there.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Magdalena C.Watford, United Kingdom34423618 Dec 2019
I reserved table for two ppl in Cinamon Kitchen yesterday lunch time. The cloakroom service was one of the few positives.
First, I was waiting to being served (got the manu) for 15 minutes. Then, when I finally ordered my lunch, after 45 minutes I got a starter which was for another table. Then, the waiter brought me not the main dish I ordered, it was for my colleague. He had to wait another 10 minutes so my dish would be delivered as well.
In total I spent 1,5 hour for 2 courses lunch. Too much chaotic for me. Although food quality was good, I would not recommend this place during peak hours.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dee D.New York, United States26318828 Mar 2017
Had Lucknow biryani. Was delicious. The chicken tikka naan wasn't worth it.
The 24 hour cooked lentil is delicious. So that's a must try. The Bombay street snacks were good. They also have us a complimentary appraiser with potatoes and that was delicious too. Overall good food.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jaime T.London, United Kingdom41864018 May 2015
Haven't been to Cinnamon Kitchen for ages, but took my friends there last week, as they were visiting from out of town. The good news? The food was just as spectacular as I remembered. The service was a bit meh, but I was too busy focusing on my delicious selection of breads (sweet AND savoury naans - YAAS!) and chutneys (the pea chutney is amazing) to really take note. Honestly, even if you're craving a starter? GET THE BREAD. No matter what.
My starter of Kerala-style stir-fried prawns were both generous in size and piping hot, which was impressive. One of my pet peeves is eating luke-warm food that's been left out for too long before being served (it might have helped that we beat the after-work rush by booking in early - think 6:30).
By the time I reached my lamb biryani, I was embarrasingly full and had to ask for a box to take away (which I never do in restaurants, but had to in this case!). The lamb was succulent and tender, and the biryani the perfect comfort food.
Of course, I couldn't resist my dessert of gold-leaf adorned kulfi, which caused the gentlemen at the next table to lean over and enquire, "Sorry to be nosy, but that looks fantastic - what IS that?!" That good, folks.
And at the moment, they're running a 3 courses for £30 promotion. Too good to be true, except it *was* excellent.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Emily G.New York, United States3711118 Apr 2017
I found this place online searching for a great Indian restaurant to try in London. My group absolutely loved it, and some of them aren't the most adventurous eaters. The atmosphere is great- it's set back from the street off a covered outdoor courtyard that's great for photos, and the inside is nice and spacious.
We had the paneer and mango shrimp starters, which were delicious. Chicken tikka cheese naan and garlic naan were great. For entrees, lamb filet and lamb kebabs were very tasty but the real standout was the king prawns with coconut curry sauce. Wow! That dish was truly awesome.
Would definitely recommend Cinnamon Kitchen to anyone going to London.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Fos G.London, United Kingdom201321518 Feb 2015
Cinnamon Kitchen was great, lovely location, service, and very good food.
The fish especially (the bream, the sea bass and the prawn- yeah, I like my little water friends) was outstanding, as was the spice rubbed chicken.
Now...Dessert you ask? The Carrot cake and the ice cream milky cubes were good, but the profiteroles are DIVINE and when I say divine, I mean... I cried a little. They are out of this world good, with a spiced caramel gooey sauce on top, and a not-too-sweet cheese filling that made me see God and forget all about my macros and my weight lifting for twelve minutes. It was outstanding. I'd go back just for that.

Delicious food and great service. I had the tandoori trio with garlic naan which was wonderful and was the perfect amount of food for one person. My husband had the pork ribs and loved them. The drinks were great and everyone was really nice. Overall I had a great experience. Not sure what people are complaining about in the other reviews but this is a great stop for Indian flavor!

I don't usually eat indian food, because Ruby Murray always gives me the shits.
I figured that I'd try indian food here in London as the locals say it's London's best-know fare (bollocks).
Came here with my best mate and found the interior of the place to be huge, the courtyard to be chill and the service to be prompt.
I ordered the squid and the "not spicy" chicken.
Of course I had back sweat and needed a towel to dry my head...the squid was hella spicy.
It was tasty, though.
And I'm sure you're wondering...Nope, I didn't have the shits the next day.Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0
