Ample light and the most whimsical adorable bathroom disguised as a wardrobe! My only complaint for which i removed a star is that when I ordered a second plate of extra pita bread, the pita was very cold and not warmed up as the initial plate for the Syrian breakfast had been!
Otherwise, the many breakfasts of the German, Dutch and Syrian breakfast were all delicious and very good. Yummm.

Great food, with big portions. Probably the best place in Kiel for a breakfast/brunch.
It's hard to get a table.

Been there for dinner and breakfast - the locations's style is excellent, not to mention the friendly staff and the quality of really everything we ordered (Belgian breakfast f. ex.). You should try the great cakes they make on their own and try to get a place next to the window. Especially for breakfast in the morning I would advice to make a reservation. All in all a place I recommend to everyone who's new in Kiel.
