Excellent service. We were picked up on time with a text alert and phone call to let us know the taxi had arrived early. Friendly driver who got us to St Pancras on time for our train home. Very good price.

picked up 5 boxes from N1 and delivered to E11 for £49.50, and it's our regular route. Usually costing £23-25. Called the office to find out why and couldn't get straight answer. Last time I use this company.

Here's a funny story! My Atlas cab driver swerved while driving and told us he was falling asleep. When I asked him if he was OK he started freaking out and became really aggressive. He then began having spasms, shaking his head violently every few seconds.
I had him stop about 10 minutes from my flat so I could get out and walk. Worst experience with a cab company i've ever had.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Clara A.London, United Kingdom0430 Sept 2015
I would like to report an incident that happened to me last night.
I had dinner at Bangalore Express on Gracechurch Street and my colleague decided to get me a taxi to go home. We asked the restaurant to call for the taxi and gave them my address and asked how much was the fare. The restaurant manager called and made the booking, the fare was £28 to my address in Hammersmith and we asked him to add the cost to our restaurant bill. The taxi arrived and brought me home. When I said that its been paid and tried to get off, the driver said it wasn't paid and I have to pay now. I asked him to call the restaurant and check because I was there when the restaurant manager made the call. He called up his taxi company and said that it hadn't been paid and I should pay. So I tried calling my colleague who was still at the restaurant to make sure what was going on but I couldn't get through to him. The taxi driver then grabbed my handbag and locked the doors and just started shouting at me, you have to pay, he reversed to a cash point where I said give me back my bag and I'll withdraw cash to pay you back. He followed me close to the cash machine where I had to ask him to back off as he was standing too close to me. I got the money out and paid him and asked him for a receipt. I got a receipt. I've managed to get in touch with the restaurant and received my money back but the driver has left me shaken and afraid. I am writing so that this driver will never make another single travelling female threatened again.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Qype User (Glen…)London, United Kingdom124 Dec 2012
I use to be a regular
user of this company, however, several months ago, I had a very bad experience
with them. I contacted them to let them know what happened but have had no real
resolution. Someone left me a message to contact the office regarding the situation
and I did return the call, however no one ever called me back. A
couple of months ago, I'd organised a taxi for a pick up in hackney. I was told
the wait was approximately 30 mins which I agreed to. After waiting for over 30
mins I'd decided to go with my friend in her taxi before going home to my
place. It was very late and freezing cold!! However, FIRST I called their
office to cancel the taxi which they said was fine and not a problem. If the
office had told me the taxi was 5 mins away, I would've waited. However the
office said it was ok to cancel. Approximately 10 mins later I receive a call
telling me the taxi was 10 mins away. I explained that I called up to cancel
and that I'd gone elsewhere now. The person on the phone said I'd have to pay a
£10 cancellation fee which I refuse as the office had originally said it was
fine to cancel. When I arrived home eventually a strange man started to
approach me and then started to follow me for over a couple of blocks which I
strongly suspect was the taxi driver! Granted I have no proof of this, but it
did strike me as coincidental that a person made a direct path towards me as
soon as I exited from a taxi and followed me for a couple of blocks. To be
honest, this terrified me most of all. Since
this was such an unpleasant experience I've not use your company for a few
weeks. I then decided to try the company again (thinking maybe it was my
imagination), however, when I called, I was told I owe the driver £10. So I
have since stopped using this company altogether. I use to promote this company
to my friends, however, I now tell everyone I know about my experience and they've
also boycotted the company.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
